Ivan, the host, went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and special, providing personalized attention and helpful tips for our stay. His dedication to keeping the hotel immaculate was truly unmatched. The hotel's love, enthusiasm, and care made it the most wholesome place we have ever stayed. Special mentions to Milo and Luna, the adorable resident dogs who made us feel right at home.
